Adding Reports & Tabbed Pages to Favorites Bar

To make accessing frequently used reports even more efficient, Admin level users may add various reports to the Favorites Bar. This is similar to bookmarking a favorite item. Here are the steps:

  1. Maneuver to your preferred report in the Reports dashboard. In this example, we'll use the Search By Name report on the Standard Reports tab. Click View next to the report name.
  2. Then, click Add This Report To My Favorites at the top of the report screen.

  3. Once you close the window/browser tab and return to your original screen, you will want to refresh your browser.
  4. Upon the refresh, you will see the report – in our example retitled "Search Applicants" - listed in your Favorites Bar underneath the HireCentric logo near the top of your screen.
You may certainly add more than one report to your favorites bar, and you may also "favorite" other frequently accessed areas of your portal. You may even edit your existing favorites if you change your mind on what to feature. To add other types of pages to Favorites, simply click on the "Favorites" link at the right side of your Favorites bar while you are on the page you'd like to add to favorites, and click "Add This Page." This is also the link you may use to access the ability to edit/remove one of your existing favorite pages/reports ("Edit Favs").
