Applicable HireCentric Dashboard: REPORTS

One of the many perks of HireCentric is that it offers you a variety of easy to access reports, all of which are within a quick click.  There are three different types of Source reports you can run through the Reports dashboard in HireCentric, and each of those three will be discussed in this tip sheet.  The Source Names listed in the results of these reports use the Ad Sources that you specified in the Ad Sources tab of your HireCentric portal.  To get to the list of available reports, click on the Reports dashboard icon in the top right corner of your HireCentric window. A list of reports will be displayed as shown in the image below.

The first report, "Sources", will provide you with a report of all the applicants and the sources from where they came.  You can filter your results by using filter options A - C.  If you use one or more filters, A - C, click "Filter" after you have made your selection(s).

A.  Select "All Jobs" or specific job(s) in which you want to acquire Source information.  To select various jobs, click Ctrl + C.
B.  Select "All Statuses" or specific status(es).  To select various statuses, click Ctrl + C.
C.  Select the date range you prefer.

The results are shown in the chart in the bottom left corner as in the example below.  The results are divided into "Active" and "Archived" and "Qualified" and "Disqualified".

1.
Archived means that the applicant(s) have been removed from the HireCentric User's Active view.
2.  Qualified means that the applicant met the basic qualifications established after using Scoring and/or Disqualification filters
while Disqualified means the applicant did not meet those established basic qualifications.

This report can also be exported to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file that can be used in Excel or related spreadsheet software.  (See yellow highlight.)

The second report, "Sources By Status", will provide you with a report of all the applicants sorted by the current status in which they are in. You can filter your results by using filter options
