When clicking on the Accounts Tab in RefCentric, you will be able to edit your account password or add a new administrator to your system.
The ‘My Account’ icon will already have your password entered into the system for you and you will be asked to enter your new password twice. Passwords must be at least 7 characters long. Your company has the option to request additional password security restrictions for your site, if desired.
The ‘Admin Account’ tab will allow you to create a new administrator for your site. Simply enter the new admin’s first and last name and the proper email address for system notifications. The system will generate an email to the new admin with all the instructions needed to access their new account.
