OnboardCentric: Add Group Tasks

Applicable OnboardCentric Dashboard: WORK WITH > ADD GROUP TASKS

In OnboardCentric, there is a feature entitled “Add Group Tasks”.  This feature allows you to assign one or more documents/forms/tasks to some or all of your users within the platform.  As you will see in the first illustration below, this feature may be accessed from the “Work With” area of your administrative home page menu:

Once you’ve selected this option, you’ll first indicate which group of users should receive the item(s) being assigned.  This is illustrated in the image below and is identical to the options available in the “Work With” > “Data Export” area:

The final step is to then determine which item(s) you’d like to have completed by your designated group of users:
